Junior Manager, Digital Engagement Learning vacancy requiring previous work experience in UI/UX design for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Experience in UI/UX design
- Webmaster experience and a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint
- Understanding of platform usage data from Google Analytics and similar analytics platforms
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Your tasks:
- Build integrated digital learning paths for internal users
- Facilitate the Learning team's vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital learning paths
- Design and deliver user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for approved internal platforms and technologies
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
- Translate platform usage data into recommendations for continuous improvement
- Adhere to internal brand guidelines and templates
