Support Technician Test Systems- Medical Environment/GermanFor our client, a renowned pharmaceutical company in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a Support Technician Test Systems as soon as possible
Project Tasks:
-Repair of test systems in case of system failure and assurance of renewed faultless function
-Repair or replacement of equipment or software on the test systems
-Adjustment and parameterization of measuring equipment
-Repair of replaced assemblies on the test systems
-Testing of the functional capability of the systems
-Schools of 1st level supporters in the lines on the test systems
-Assistance in the re-qualification of repaired systems
-Preparation of evidence for repair and modification of the test systems
-Assumption of dispatcher tasks
-Ensuring and compliance with regulatory requirements
-Support and assistance in the area of preventive maintenance
-Processing of support cases in the ticketing system including corresponding documentation
-Ensuring the availability of the required knowledge
-Procurement, storage and management of spare parts for test systems
-Periodic reporting of personal and ongoing activities
Additional Tasks:
-Support with questions and problems in production
-Assistance with the creation of requirements for new test systems
-Responsible for the participation of prescribed trainings
-Support in the areas of predictive maintenance
-Participation in interesting future projects such as augmented reality etc.
Skills / Requirements:
-10-20 years professional experience in the maintenance of technical systems or as a service technician
-Sound knowledge of maintenance and servicing processes
-Experience in measurement and testing technology desired
-Experience in the medical environment and knowledge of qualifications desired
-Open, team-oriented and independently working person
-Willingness to maintain systems that have failed at marginal hours
-Curious, proactive and interested in challenges
-Resilient, strong and positive basic attitude
-Structured approach, quick grasp and networked thinking
-Responsible, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
-Interest in interdisciplinary problems and new things to get to know
-Practically sound hardware and software knowledge, computer assembling, as well as network knowledge and office products.
-On-site work in Rotkreuz and Travel activities at events, training courses or repair assignments to suppliers possible
Education:
-HF/FH and/or professional experience in the fields of information technology, electrics, electronics or mechatronics

-German: Proficient
