Software Quality Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Maintain the definition of the means of compliance to the current regulatory standards applied in the Air Traffic Control industry
- Maintain process descriptions and propose continuous improvement measures in order to increase efficiency.
- Support the adaptation of processes, procedures and standards in function of major changes foreseen to the organisational structure and evolution in the responsibilities and activities of the company
- Interact with stakeholders both within the company and in other organizations, such as customers, so as to align processes and quality goals
- Advocate a horizontal Total Quality culture among the team through an ongoing coaching, training and promotion of internal quality processes
- Propose QMS updates in order to keep the flexible and user-friendly Quality System at the permanent service of both the highest quality and safety standards and the team global efficiency
- Support consulting activities of export market with respect to safety and quality
- Perform verification of work products to ensure that quality standards are achieved
Main qualifications
- Technical education (engineering level or equivalent)
- Extensive practice in the maintenance and implementation of a Quality system related to software development
- Experience with software development processes in safety-critical environment
- Experience with tools for the management of requirements, tests and for test automation
- Practical experience in the implementation of Agile development methodologies
- You have a high analytical capacity and you are adaptable, autonomous, rigorous and service-oriented
- Computing experience in the Air Traffic Control domain or other areas with real-time and security requirements, as well as experience with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, IEC61508 and ISO12207 are major advantages for this position
- Fluent written and spoken French and English is required, German is a plus
