Process Analyst / process documentation - pref. with GIS knowledge
- Familiar with portfolio management process, project management process and project financial management process (e.g. PMI certification or adequate professional experience)
- Process analyst, capable of assessing existing process documentation fragments, governance principles, roles and activities managed in the current small PMO team, and converting this information into formal process documentation
- Personal communication skills to collaborate with a small number of process owners and other roles in the PMO organization
- Desired: knowledge of quality framework in customers IT, knowledge of ITIL, Clarity PPM product knowledge, MS Project Professional
- Language: English spoken and written
- Experience: process documentation and process introduction into PMO organizations into IT functions. Preparation of supporting material to train the associates on the new processes. Training experience desired.
