Are you a Credit Risk Business Analyst looking for a new challenge?
For our client, a leading global bank in Zurich, we are looking for you to be part of the CRO Change department.
The role itself will be part of the team that is accountable for delivering the strategic and regulatory CRO Change portfolio sponsored by the Risk division as well as delivering strategic programs which drive business optimization across the Risk division. The team also deals with tactical maintenance of current processes and systems and supporting the Risk division in defining its 3-5 year Target Operating Model.
Credit Risk Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Close engagement with local Risk Managers as well as data warehouse provisioning team and Risk & Finance Data Provisioning and other Risk Change functions to understand how the local business is booked in the local system and create business rules for integration into the central data vault.
- Perform Gap analysis between Legacy systems and data warehouse to create new business rules.
- Perform Data Quality analysis as basis for later automated integration.
- Plan and perform UAT for the solution delivered by IT.
- Close engagement with extended dashboard teams to ensure data delivery to Credit Risk Dashboard by supporting end-to-end UAT.
- Supporting local Credit Risk Managers and Risk & Finance Data Provisioning BAU team as second level for month end closing and root cause analysis (incl. training where necessary)
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent understanding of credit risk discipline from data quality and data analysis perspective with direct experience in credit risk data integration
- 10 years of business requirements analysis and change experience in a similar role within a large financial institution
- Track record of defining and documenting effective and comprehensive business rules for data integration
- Must be able to communicate business concepts and proposals in English (both written and verbal) in a clear and concise manner
- Excel skills (Pivot tables and formulas will be needed, macros not)
- Extensive SQL skills (writing scripts)
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Data Quality Analysis
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
- Experience with working in an Agile Team and know-how of JIRA
- User Acceptance Testing experience with a know-how of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management tool)
Rate: CHF /day (all-inclusive)
Location: Zurich
Contract Duration: 6 months
