Project Support - Product Marketing (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Create client-facing product marketing materials for Funds and Discretionary Mandates, working independently and closely with the Portfolio Managers and Fund specialists (includes content and layout)
- Clear Fund & Mandates marketing materials with Legal & Compliance teams in all markets, include all comments and feedback, before producing the final versions
- Analyse the current process of Fund material and suggest a more automated process for 2020 Create & upgrade PPT slide decks on demand and upload into the Content Management System
- Publish sales materials in the internal portal
- Support the team with urgent marketing & admin tasks
Main qualifications
- Responsible, autonomous, exact and reliable working style
- Can manage projects independently, with the support of a manager
- Project management Office applications (PPT, Word & XLS)
- Understand Funds and Discretionary Mandates
- Fluent English
