For our client, a company in the financial industry, we are looking for a:CONTRACT: Application Responsible for a Content Management Solution (m/w) - Job Ref. Nr. 12797
Your future tasks:
- In this very interesting role as Application Responsible you will take care of a Content Management Solution.
- You will plan and coordinate service activities such as enhancements and continuous improvements. For this service activities you will work and manage Stakeholders in Product Management, Operations and IT and analyse their change requests.
- Furthermore you will be the Subject matter expert of the end-to-end processes.
- As Application Responsible you will monitor the availability of the system and supervise the handling of incidents and problem tickets.
- During maintenance phases you will deliver the needed documentation, effect regular controls and support the following test phases.
You know-how and experiences:
- University degree in computer sciences or a federal diploma with appropriate further education.
- Proven experience in a similar role as responsible for a Content Management Solution in the financial industry.
- Expert knowledge within the integration of Content Management Solutions and a good understanding of their architecture, components and interfaces.
- Experience using XML and HTML (5) and web services (REST API).
- You are a self-driven, reliable and proactive person with strong coordination and presentation skills.
- Fluent English skills are mandatory. Additional German skills would be a plus.
Start: September 2019 (on agreement)
Duration: 12 months (with option to extension)
