Main tasks:
- Coordinate change requests and conduct impact assessment
- Formulate project orders, system specifications and support the solution-oriented evaluation process
- Development of solution proposals and clarification with business requester
- Collaboration with the business to identify needs and opportunities for data management and delivery
- Lead and monitoring of projects or sub-projects according to internal Project Management method
Main qualifications
- Good understanding of Business Intelligence und Data Warehouse concepts as well as in Requirements Engineering
- Experience in IT project management advantageous PMP certification is an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of IT Service Management processes (i.e. ITIL)
- Good English in word and writing
