Beschreibung

Regulatory Reporting Analyst vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • University Degree in a relevant profession like Economics, Business Administration, Political Science or Law
  • Knowledge of Financial products and/or Trade Life Cycles (prior Banking or Investment/Fund Management experience is an advantage)
  • Interest in Compliance topics (previous experience with Legal Judgements and Interpretations would be nice to have) as well as practical experience about Process Management and familiarity with Risk Mitigation processes
  • Good command of MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to details
  • Good communication skills coupled with being a team player
  • Ability to learn fast and pickup complex tasks quickly
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, fluent German skills would be advantageous


Your tasks:
  • Discharge the global obligations towards reporting of aggregated shareholdings in accordance with Regulatory and Legal requirements in each relevant jurisdictions and across all Business Divisions
  • Placing and monitoring Trading restrictions and providing Trade approvals to business when questions of regulatory ownership limits arise
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with Regulators, Exchanges, Issuers of Securities and other stakeholders
