External Test Analyst 100%Project / Role:
ITech Consult supports companies in the professional selection and recruitment of external IT, life science, medical and technical specialists. ITech Consult AG was founded in 1997.
For one of the world's leading providers of diagnostic system solutions for clinics, laboratories and medical practices and the largest manufacturer of fully automated in vitro diagnostic systems in Switzerland, we are looking for a technically experienced employee.
Main Tasks:
- Designing test cases for hardware, software and consumables in all life cycle phases (from early feasibility to product care)
- Executing test cases, analyzing and documenting test results, reporting and managing issues incl. root cause analysis
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Reviewing requirement and specification documentation to ensure clarity and testability
- Creating test documentation
- Collaborating with different product development areas and teams
Skills / Requirements:
- Experience in the Medical Diagnostics industry, preferably in the field of Lab Automation
- At least 3 years of experience in hardware and/or software development, system integration or related fields
- Preferably verification and validation experience
- At least Bachelor or comparable degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, computer sciences, life sciences or related fields
- Strong analytical skills and dexterity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to European sites (<10%)
