Please note this is more a PMO and not a typical admin/ personal assistant role. Experiences in comparable projects and with procurement highly preferred.
General information:
- Start date: 02.09.2019
- Latest start date: 16.09.2019
- End date: 30.06.2020
- Extension: an extension is possible
- Workload: 80-100%
- Remote/Home Office: Possible, prior approval needed (only exceptions).
- Travelling: Not required
- Team size: in a team of 7 people reporting to a squad lead

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Performance Management: As major part of this function the PMO integrates project status reporting across the
work streams. The PMO gathers data about sub stream project progress and produce project status reports reviews
The PMO investigates specific performance issues and communicates/escalates early
warning signs of troubled work streams
The PMO also enforces consistent performance reporting.

Required Skills:-
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a project environment
- English-speaking
- Good Touchpoint/ Sharepoint/ GDrive / Google Suits/ MS Project/ Smartsheet knowledge
- Self-reliant, resilient, flexible and adaptable to project changing requirements
- Very good communication skills
Desired Skills:-
- Project Management certification (PMP)
- Experienced with Procurement Tasks
- German
- Former Pharma industry experience
- Reporting tools (Tableau)
