We are looking for a Senior iOS developer  to work for our global client in Netherlands!

General information:
• Start date: 05.08.2019

• Remote/Home Office: needs to be discussed
• Travelling: yes, depends on situation and demand
• Team size: Team of ten

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Operating video conferences and webcasts remotely to ensure a flawless meeting experience for participants
• Incident management in Roche ticketing system ServiceNow
• Communicating and collaborating closely with peers in the global team and with stakeholders
• Troubleshooting of 3rd party applications with the vendor
• Remote monitoring of connected meeting room technology and proactive failure-management in collaboration with local support teams
• Request management and asset management with Roche video conference scheduling system

Must Haves:
• Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, in IT or audio/video, or multiple years of experience in a similar role
• 2+ years of experience in supporting collaboration technology (e.g. Cisco-video, Webcast, Google, Digital Signage, A/V-technology)
• Experience with ServiceNow Incident (ticketing)
• Knowledgeable in IT processes for Incident-, Problem-, Change- and Request Management
• English language proficiency is essential, other languages like Spanish, Chinese or German are a plus
• High focus on improving the “customer experience” coupled with quality, cost and delivery focus
• Good coordination and organizational skills
• Self-managed working attitude (very pro-active)
• Works in a professional manner at all times
• Flexible to work early and late, even on short notice cover service peak time and ability to travel to other client location.
