- Our client, an international company in the FMCG industry, is actively looking for a Customer Service Representative for a temporary contract.
Customer Service Representative - Temporary contract (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Order management from entry until delivery
- Handle customer enquiries such as pricing, stock availability, delays, shipments, etc.
- Handle customer claims
- Manage defective returns
- Liaise with warehouses
- Collaborate with various departments such as finance, supply planning and marketing
- Act as point of contact to the sales team
Main qualifications
- At least first experience in customer service in a similar position within an international company
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Oracle is a plus
- German is a plus
