Overall duties
Short description of duties
• Provide 1st level support for the entire landscape of IT services, including hardware, digital workplace, systems and applications, A/V equipment etc.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot and manage asset inventories of all end-user devices, such as laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers.
• Perform relevant activities in the areas of user account and access management on various systems and platforms.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
