Team Assistant 50%Job Description:
For our client, based in Luzern region, we are looking for Team Assistant and role is contract position for 6+ Months (with strong possibility of extension).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
As a Team Assistant, you will be part of an administrative team consisting of several assistants and responsible for the Instrument Operations area with approximately 500 employees.
* Support of the division managers in all administrative and organizational matters (coordination of appointments, room bookings, agendas, catering etc.)
* General administrative tasks: Administration and update of distribution groups, maintenance of divisional organigrams, share administration
* Time management in the SAP system
* Processing invoices in the workflow
* Representation within the division with other team assistants
Required Skills:
* At least 3 years professional experience in the assistance area
* Ideally already experience in an international environment
* Completed commercial apprenticeship
* Google (Mail, Kalender etc.)
* MS Office
* Sharepoint
* SAP
Languages:
* Very Good German
* Good English
