On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior Marketing & Communication Specialist who has proven experience in a financial services environment. Main responsibilities:

  • To drive agenda and undertake initiatives for marketing and communication
  • Create communication and marketing concepts to market
  • Conceptualise and draft external and internal communication efforts
  • Undertake measures to continuously enhance the Intranet Portal (visually and alignment of messages)
  • Maintain intra-/Internet presence: Ensure that related content/presence in the intra-/Internet is always up to date, key messages are aligned and is visually appealing
  • Develop concept for Newsletter, implement and update/maintain per agreed frequency

The skills and experience needed for this position are:

  • Long term experience in developing communication & marketing concepts and key messages
  • Strong experience of leading communication and marketing initiatives within a financial services environment
  • Experienced in conceptualising and drafting communication & marketing concepts, news articles, newsletters, speeches and presentations
  • Excellent creative skills in designing Intranet portal and implementing measures
  • Banking/Private Banking knowledge in general
  • Experience in a wealth management front position a plus
  • Pragmatic, communicative and open personality (hands-on management style) with strong communication skills
  • Excellent know-how in MS Office and Powerpoint
