MSBI Developer

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced MSBI Developer to deliver software changes to provide Standard Reporting and Self Service BI capabilities to the business.
Main responsibilities
- Improving the Business Information Portal reporting application by developing software and providing standard reporting access to the business.
- Providing a framework and environment of tools and capabilities for business users to develop ad-hoc solutions according to demand from end users including regulatory and compliance departments.
- Collaborating with team members and project management to creates an excellent networking and experience-sharing opportunity.
- Working within a scaled agile project team.
Your skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a developer in MSBI
- 5 years working with Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence projects
- Experience with relational, dimensional, multi-dimensional and OLAP techniques & technology.
- Deep knowledge of Column store
- Proficiency in developing SSAS Cubes, developing reports using SSRS
- Good understanding of Microsoft BI suite (SSIS and SQL Server)
- Strong knowledge of MDX
- Any exposure to evolving concepts in MS BI 2017 will be preferred (Power BI, Column Store, Tabular Model, etc).
- C# .NET programming language is beneficial
- Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies
