Must Haves

Solid work experience in similar position
Create code that is integrated into high-availability, high-quality, high-performance software
Leadership and presentation skills
Ability to independently complete solution implementation
Ability to manage a team of consultants in the completion of one or more solution requirements

Mandatory Skills

University degree or equivalent, preferably with a degree in information technology or equivalent education
5-10 years project experience in agile software development
Fun and experience in the development of Java applications
Experience in the following areas: Java Backend Development (JEE/Spring); Relational data modeling, data access and tuning with ORACLE; Web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
Fluent in English, preferably fluent in German
