Main tasks:
- Scheduling and preparing meetings/teleconferences
- Organisation of high profile and complex internal and external meeting/events
- Travel arrangement
- Support monitoring of budget, tracking of expenses
- Ensure flawless and prompt communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Support on-boarding of new staff
Main qualifications
- Excellent oral and written English language skills, french is a plus, other language an advantage
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook
- You are pro active and multitask
- Ability to deliver high quality, accurate work within tight deadlines
