1 System Engineer (packaging)
Brief project description:
Drive the implementation of standard software packages. Understand functional specifications in order to devise technical design specifications. Provides technical support and guidance through consulting, teaching and publication of documentation on a global level. Identifies and specifies the application and/or system requirements. Implements and tests prototypes. Document and test packaged applications. Applies installation quality assurance tests and assures consistency with standards. Applies appropriate testing procedures and scripts. Write and publish application release notes.
Qualifications required:
Minimum of 2 years experience packaging applications with AppV and ThinApp. Experience in planning and managing the technical design, construction and delivery of technology solutions including a strong focus on the technical elements of desktop architecture. Experience as a Desktop Architect/Engineer with Windows systems build and deployment/migration experience. Profound experience with scripting (VBScript, PowerShell, batch). Advanced user of all Microsoft Office applications, as well as SharePoint.
Mobile PIM (Personal Information Management) synchronization based on Lotus Notes Traveler for iPhones and iPads. Setup of a Notes Traveler infrastructure for users that are not yet migrated to Outlook.
