For a project at our client‘s site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
PMO – Asset Management
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years' working experience in an Operations area of an asset manager or a custodian bank
- Ambition to drive a growing business in a steadily growing work environment
- Excellent MS Office skills as well as strong knowledge in Visio
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Committed to act as a team player with a high level of flexibility and initiative
- Fluent in English and German is an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
- Organization, preparation and leading of process documentation workshops to be held with subject matter experts, team heads and team members
- Documentation and update of standard business process diagrams of all our key operations process like
- Documentation of checks, key controls, and process step owners
- Definition of KPIs
- Compilation of presentations and management reports
