AWS Platform Engineer
Your Responsibilities
- Design, implement and operate the AWS infrastructure for our microservices based platform
- Evaluate and implement AWS infrastructure automation solutions
- Support the engineering teams with creating secure and reliable cloud applications
- Promote, mentor and facilitate best cloud practices within the DevOps and Engineering teams
- Continuously improve the production environment
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the AWS infrastructure: Account Management, Networking, IAM, CloudFormation, AWS
- Experience with AWS services: CloudFront, CloudWatch, S3, Lambda, Route 53, AWS WAF and AWS Shield
- Familiarity with Microservice architectures
- Experienced in agile methodologies and pronounced agile mindset
Role: Contractor - 12 month duration
Rate: Market rate
Location: Zurich
Valid working permission/visa for the EU or Switzerland
