Are you an experienced SCRUM Master (m/f) looking for a new project?Our client, a large construction tools company offers an interesting and exciting opportunity for freelance SCRUM Master (m/f).
You should be willing to take a central role in developing new and current teams. Your main tasks will be organising and the moderation of SCRUM ceremonies e.g. product backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review etc. Additional you are actively participating agile events like CoP, Brown Bag Session, Agility Coffee and Agility Forum.
Required skills
- Experience as SCRUM Master or similar roles
- Good knowledge in moderation, coaching and conflict management
- Knowledge in agile SCRUM methods e.g. Timeboxing, Dot Voting, Visual Management, Lean Coffee, Word Cafe, ROTI and Ball Point Game
- Experience with organising product backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective and daily stand ups
- Fluent in English and German is an asset
