Application Engineer - MES systems/CSV and GxP - Basel (100%)
Project/Role:
Our customer is looking for an Application Engineer (MES) to work for the "Drug Product Manufacturing and Strategy & Engineering IT", located at Kaiseraugst, close to Basel.
Tasks:
- Execute activities to implement the Global MES system
- Analyze of requirements and work global/local IT teams and customer teams to specify appropriate technical solutions.
- Support our customers in implementing their processes in the MES
- Become Subject Matter Expert for MES interfaces to other systems
- Analysis and solving of technical issues related to the MES system and/or interfaces
- Execute full E2E testing of provided solutions, and work together with our testing team located in Poland.
- Coordinate and align within the Global MES team and other IT teams involved, but also with the customers.
- Deliver agreed project CSV documentation (CSV compliance, accurate content, on-time delivery)
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience working as Application Engineer (MES)
- +3 years hands on experience in MES systems
- Knowledge about interface technologies (https, IDoc, WebServices, OPC and others)
- Experience in CSV and GxP compliant working
- Analytical thinking, structured approach to resolution of issues
- Experience or knowledge in Rockwell Automation Pharma Suite
- Experience with global/multi-site manufacturing projects or regulated pharmaceutical environment would be highly beneficial
