Main tasks:
- Plan, execute and report on strategically set program goals set by senior management including the budget accountability
- Deliver multiple related projects/activities as a programm
- Convery and communicate to stakeholders the importance/relation of each project to the program benefits
- Define cross functional program structure, initiate and set up of program activities/development projects
Main qualifications
- Experienced in product development projects with solid understanding of engineering
- Good knowledge of procurement/partner management and prduct life cycle management
- Knowledge of V-Model and iterative development process
- Intergrative personality and ability to work in cross functional and cross site collaboration
- Turnaround management skills required
- German and English speaking skills required
