Projekt-Beschreibung
- Project manage and lead the packaging tower
- Work with other towers such as remediation and test teams (internal teams and vendor)
- Manage the packaging project plan
- Drive discussions and decisions related to packaging technologies and capabilities across all towers
- Define packaging processes ensuring alignment with App Compatibility Factory and other towers
for a successful end to end process
- Define packaging requirements for any tools required in the project
- Ensure the delivered packages meet packaging standards
- Answer all packaging related questions
- Manage proof of concept activities, ie AppV POC etc
- Maintain packaging throughput so project timelines and key milestones can be met
- Ensure the vendor meets all agreed packaging targets and KPI’s
- Report on packaging progress, highlighting achievements, risks and issues to management
- Represent the application and packaging stream in management meetings
- Prepare and define training for packaging processes and tools
Anforderungs-Profil
- STRONG ENGLISH SKILLS (fluent in word / writing)
- Experienced Technical Project manager
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Must be proactive and drive activities forward across all streams not just packaging
- Subject matter expert in packaging technologies (MSI, App V, Citrix)
- Knowledge of creating and defining complex process flows
- Must be a self starter, be able to get up to speed with little guidance
Experience
- At least 3-5 years experience in project management
- Evidence of delivering in a complex environment
- Experience with application packaging (MSI, App V, Citrix)
- Experience in managing large teams
- Vendor management experience
