Main tasks:
- Ensure the operation of the virtualization platforms (Cloud and ESXi) as well as the handling of customer inquiries
- Maintain and support the virtualization platforms (Cloud and ESXi) (vSphere)
- Error analysis and troubleshooting
- Scaling and expansion of infrastructure
- Participation in the project for the construction of a new data center campus
Main qualifications
- Experience with virtualization platforms (Cloud and ESXi)
- Experience with VMware VSphere
- Experience with Build and customize cloud platforms
- Knowledge regarding dispatcher tasks (Edit support mailbox, troubleshooting and coordination with other specialist teams, maintenance of operating documentation)
- Knowledge of Patch concepts (CS700)
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- German fluently
