Customer Service German-French-English (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Responsible for the execution of customer orders (merchandise and samples), from receipt of order to processing to delivery
  • Creation of billing corrections, credits and subsequent debits considering defined service levels and costs
  • Processing complaints management, as well as receiving and answering inquiries by telephone and e-mail in German, French and Italian
  • Ensuring and optimizing the agreed service levels of logistics partners
  • Competent contact person for all internal and external stakeholders regarding questions regarding the Sales Order Management department as well as participation in sector-specific projects
  • Participation in the process optimization considering the KPIs as well as cooperation in the further development of customer relations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Assumption of all administrative activities related to Sales Order Management
  • Contacting and maintaining business relationships with our customers and departments
  • Compliance with and control of Pfizer policies, compliance and other policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)


Main qualifications
  • First experience in Customer Service or similar experience
  • Good spoken and written language skills in German, French and English (Italian is an advantage)
  • Very good computer skills (SAP / ERP, MS-Office)
  • Quick comprehension and ability to make critical decisions
  • Extremely precise, fast and results-oriented work
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • High resilience and stress resistance
  • Proactive problem-solving-oriented way of working
  • Excellent skills in dealing with SAP/ERP
  • Strong communicative and interpersonal skills
