Which information do we use out of the source

How do we use it

Scope of Reporting Unit (e.g. CS Group, LECH, Parent etc.)

Scope of Report (e.g. Pillar 1, Pillar 3)

Relevant policies, Roles and responsibilities

Share the deck for final review to BMR

Find the relevant source data owners within the bank to engage with (e.g. Risk, Front office, Operations etc.)

Set up meetings with possible source data owners and BMR report owners (data receivers) to discuss the engagement decks and agree on getting their data provider Hand-off on the source data

Write minutes about the meetings and the conclusions made

In case that ownership was not agreed a new owner has to be found or the issue escalated

Prepare the request for the creation of a new "Data provider Form" in GRS Marcs (our SOX tool)

Fill in the GRS data provider Form and attach the meeting minutes and engagement decks as proof for the go-live

Inform all involved parties about the successful implementation in the tool

SOX related:
Support the BMR PB teams in updating/rewriting the SOX Controls, to meet the requirements set by the controls team.
