Technical Engineer_ Planning & Maintenance _automated Machines _Regulated Domain_100%Role:
For one of our clients we are looking for a Technical Engineer. The role is a contract position for 12 months (with strong possibility of extension) close to Lucerne, Switzerland.
Project Task:
- Service, calibration and maintenance for automated machines in a regulated environment
- Coordinate, plan and implement changes/improvements to the equipment
- Coordinate the procurement of spare parts for the plants
- Adapting documents for operation (for example, work instructions, maintenance instructions)
- Planning of maintenance windows with agreement (production, site technology, external providers)
- GMP-compliant documentation
- Equipment Commissioning and decommissioning
- On-call service and troubleshooting on 3-shift production lines
- Promote digitalisation of maintenance (Industry 4.0; Predicitive maintenance paperless documentation)
- Recording of deviations and implementation of corrective measures
- Maintain SAP PM Module
- Dispatching and documentation in the ticket system
Skills / Requirements:
- Knowledge of PLC - programming/error correction
- knowledge of bus and network technology
- automation background
- experience working in clean rooms advantageous
- Interest in the problems of production as a service provider, measured by the main tasks
- Problem-oriented information exchange with the production department
- Transfer of special knowledge to appropriate backup persons
- Team-oriented behaviour
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, automation and MSR technology
- Familiar with SAP
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Good IT knowledge (advantageous)
- Siemens Simatic Manager and WinCC (advantageous)
- Experience with PLS/PMS systems (advantageous)
Education:
- Completed apprenticeship and at least 5 years of experience e.g. as a
- Polymechanic
- Plant and apparatus engineers
- Automation engineer
- Mechanic
- Mechatronics engineer
