For a full-time permanent position, we are currently looking for a
Head of Master Data Management (MDM) (f/m)
Responsibilities
Drive definition, implementation and ongoing improvement of our client`s Master Data strategy and roadmap to support the business
Manage the Group Master Data Management Team
Manage the global Master Data Management Network organization
Coordinate Data Migration for Group Application Rollouts
Group-wide definition, implementation and supervision of Master Data guidelines, catalogue & models
Support projects and daily business regarding Master Data aspects
Group Master Data maintenance leveraging best practice such as remote resources and automation
Drive Master Data cleansing activities
Provide Master Data related trainings to business partners
Provide a Data Management dashboard to drive improvement initiatives together with business counterparts
Extend Master Data principles to support the business improve transactional data
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, IT or Computer Science
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading Data Management organization (in matrix organization) with international projects as well as in automation and outsourcing
Good knowledge of SAP application, data architecture and lifecycle management
Result-driven mindset with excellent stakeholder communication and change management skills
Structured and process-oriented way of working
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Fluent written and spoken English; additional German is a plus
Travelling up to 20%
Start: August 2019 or earlier
