For a full-time permanent position, we are currently looking for an
IT Integrator and Administrator Salesforce CRM (f/m)
Responsibilities
Manage the Salesforce CRM application within the area of Sales, Customer Services & Marketing, including projects, enhancements and ongoing support
Drive the Integration design between Salesforce CRM and other company systems (ERP, CMS, etc.) in collaboration with other internal teams
Become the technical point of reference for Salesforce.com within the company capable of Salesforce.com programming and explaining to Business process owners the impact of requested changes in business language
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (being responsible for the management of changes as well as ensuring the operability of the service single point of contact within IT organization) of the Salesforce CRM application
Work with Salesforce and Implementation partner to provide all relevant support for ensuring the success of the CRM program and any ongoing changes
International travel up to 20% or higher depending on the project phase and rollout schedule
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT of which 2-3 years on a CRM initiative as Software developer or IT Administrator
Knowledge of Sales & Marketing Business Processes like Lead to Quote, Quote to Order, Order to Cash, digital campaign management strongly preferred
Knowledge of different platforms like ERP (SAP, Microsoft, etc.), CRM (SFDC, SAP, etc.), Website Technologies, eCommerce Platforms
Excellent communication skills (fluent written and spoken English)
Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks and the ability to deal with variable workload
Strong result-driven mindset with excellent stakeholder communication and change management skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with Business and IT teams to ensure scope and project delivery objectives are aligned with the overall strategy
Capacity to see the ‘big picture’ in how the service is intertwined in the organization
Salesforce.com certified Developer and System Administrator preferred
ITIL training and certification strongly preferred
Start: August 2019 or earlier
