ITSM SLM Specialist (m/f) 100% - ITIL/CMDB/Remedy/Geneva
Project/Role:
For one of our clients, a federal agency, we are currently looking for an experienced IT Service and Service Level Management Specialist for the implementation and management of technical and application services
Main Tasks:
- Definition of service models and contracts: SLA, OLA, UC)
- Definition of the technical and application services catalogue
- Definition and implementation of service management processes and procedures (SLM)
- Definition of the relative validations
- Training and support for IT team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as an ITSM specialist
- Has more than 3 years of experience in the implementation of ITIL services and has ideally already participated in migration projects
- Remedy's knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of Mega is an advantage
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to synthesize the organization's needs
- Ability to convince of the merits and added value of the proposed norms, standards and metrics
Education:
- University degree, UAS or ETH in IT, information systems or equivalent.
- ITIL v3 Expert Certification
Languages:
- French: fluent
- English: good knowledge
- German: good knowledge >= a plus but not mandatory (!)
