- My client is an international company is looking for a Contract Administration Coordinator.
Service Contract Administration Expert (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating service contract addendums and documentation associated with renewals and options
- Enter and maintain service contracts for released products in the SAP Database
- Process service contract billings for customers and distributors
- Generate and distribute reports for the purpose of monitoring and measuring service contract status and revenue
- Assist Finance and Field Service on service contract collections
- Support Field Service in the daily service contract activities
- Support the analysis of tender documents to ensure compliance with company policy, government regulations, revenue recognition requirements, and other requirements
- Closely monitor sales orders generated by tender customers
- Maintenance of the SAP tenders structure for I&A in collaboration with the Tender Specialist
Main qualifications
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
- Profound experience in administration is an advantage, preferably in a medical device company
- Knowledge of standard legal terms and conditions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, as well as strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of computers preferably with SAP and Salesforce
