For a very exciting customer in Hamburg I am looking for a freelance Project manager for implementing Salesforce MarketingCloud and rolling out new targeted and cross-channel customer journeysThe project:
- Start: ASAP, latest 15.07.2019
- Project duration: expected until end of October++
- Occupancy: 2-4 days a week
- Location: Hamburg (Stellingen)
Requirements and project:
- Increase client retention rate in Retail (Boutiques, Outlet, E-Commerce) by generating visits to the Boutique/Outlet or traffic on the costumers website
- From product-centric and campaign-based (marketing calendar) communication to client-centric and targeted communication (client calendar)
- Design and localization of customer journey playbooks in ~20 markets
- Customer journey playbook = structured framework defining which client segments should receive what type of communication via what touchpoint in the first 12-24 months after a trigger (registration, purchase, service, etc.)
- Manage the development, testing and localisation of required CRM communication assets (content, templates) for customer journey standard assets (e.g. welcome, birthday, brand & category storytelling)
- Main contact point from business perspective re technical setup and processes (data models, data flows, interfaces, updates) of Salesforce MarketingCloud within existing CRM landscape:
- 3 CRM source systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP CRM, legacy NSI CDB) for customer master data
- SAP BW for sales data
- Main interfaces:
- IT/BI, Marketing, Retail (Btq and E-Commerce), CRC, CRM contact points in markets
- Technology & Marketing Services
- Management of CRM agencies.
