ITSM Specialist _Remedy/CMBD/ITILRole / Project:
For one of our clients in Geneva, we are looking for the implementation and management of technical and application services, the IT division of the client is looking for a Remedy and CMDB specialist with 6 months of contract with possible extension.
Main Tasks / Mission:
* Implementation and configuration of the CMDB in Remedy (version upgrade planned for end 2019)
* Implementation of relational models of Remedy configuration items (CI, Services and ITSM Remedy modules)
* Input of client data
* Integration with monitoring tools
Required Profile:
* Has more than 3 years of experience in the implementation of ITIL services and has ideally already participated in migration projects.
* Excellent knowledge of Remedy (ITSM 8.x, 9.x) and Atrium
* Knowledge of Centréon is an advantage
* ITIL Certification
Education:
* University degree, UAS or ETH in IT, information systems or equivalent.
Language Skills
* French: fluent (preferably mother tongue)
* English: good knowledge
* German: good knowledge => a plus but not mandatory (!)
