For one of our Swiss Pharma clients we are looking for temporary support as:P&O Communications Manager (M/F/*)
Tasks:
• Co-design and implement a global P&O communications strategy, bringing to life the people strategy in line with the culture narrative
• Co-design the implementation and adherence to P&O communications principles
• Lead enterprise wide P&O communications community, bringing clarity and simplicity from global to local
• Support the development of P&O initiative updates
• Actively bring external perspectives, innovation and trends to support communication strategy
• Strategic planning of employer branding, coordinate the employer branding communication materials, and monitor the Group’s employer e-reputation
• Projects managed on time and on budget
• Results and KPI’s from corporate P&O campaigns
Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or Communications or any related field
• Up-to-date with the latest communications trends, techniques, and technologies
• 7+ years of professional and international experience in a Corporate communication department, P&O department or in a communication agency
• Proven track record in successful implementation of internal and social communications strategies
• Creative communicator with an ability to work across multiple channels, including text, video, social media and visual content
• Manage complex high-quality projects involving multiple internal clients and external providers
• Comfortable in using design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Principle, etc.
• Business Fluency in English, any additional European language can be a plus
