Beschreibung

Administrative Officer vacancy requiring profound MS Office knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like word and spreadsheet, presentation and database software, e-mail and internet tools
  • Good skills in formatting and graph production coupled with interest in learning new skills
  • Good organisation, time management and interpersonal skills as well as attention to detail
  • A-levels, two-year secretarial diploma or equivalent
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German or another major language is advantageous


Your tasks:
  • Handling routine office tasks such as mails, calls, internal and external requests with little supervision
  • Preparing and managing contracts for technical advisers, academics and other visitors
  • Maintaining business area's databases of information and contact details
  • Participating in projects that may be implemented in the business area, drawing on knowledge of the requirements of the unit
  • Dealing with all logistical aspects of management and staff meetings and events, both internal and external
