Supply Chain Coordinator
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Basel, Switzerland
The main accountabilities can be described as follows:
- Ensure a smooth, timely and accurate order processing in SAP by m onitor ing iDocs and by maintain ing correct system transactions related to order management processes among group companies and 3rd party customers and suppliers, incl. goods receipt and goods issue.
- Prepare and ensure availability of all relevant documents to customers and logistics providers needed to guarantee a timely shipment.
- Manage possible issues by initiating necessary steps and corrective actions.
- Issue credit notes in a timely manner taking into consideration month-end and year-end financial timelines.
- Maintain working instructions and keep them accurate.
- Communicate daily via email and telephone with all involved stakeholders.
- Support system enhancements by executing test cases.
- Work collaboratively as a part of a dynamic team to continuously learn, improve and grow, offering help to others in the team.
- Work alternately on holidays and longer hours at month's end.
Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or related disciplines.
- Several year s ' experience in supply chain/order processing with a succeeding approach.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (SD/MM module s ) and good command of MS Office software application.
- Strong orientation towards actions, solutions and results with a can-do attitude.
- Well - structured and process-oriented thinking.
- Great communication skills in English and German (Verbal & Written), with French being a strong asset.
- Great teammate (to join an awesome team in an international environment).
