- High ability to analyze root causes and impacts during incidents
- Time management
- Clear and precise communication
- Experience with Unix, Windows, Oracle commands
- Reading and understanding of scripts
- Good MS Office knowledge

Your Tasks
- Management of production and quality environments
- Alert management for all environments and strict respect for SLAs
- Coordination and follow-up of incidents 1st and 2nd level
- Preparation of technical interventions on our infrastructure
- Documentation and maintenance of procedures
- Conduct trainings
