Beschreibung

Senior Manager vacancy requiring profound People and Organisation Communications knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • 7+ years of professional and international experience in a corporate communications, people and organisation department or a communication agency including a background in implementing successful internal and social communications strategies
  • Knowledge of the latest communications trends, techniques, and technologies along with a solid skill set in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Principle
  • Expertise in editing and writing with the ability to work across multiple channels, including text, video, social media and visual content
  • Competencies in Content Strategy, Managing Executive Voice, Marketing Communications and Brand Public Relations
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications or a related field of study
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

Your tasks:

  • Participating in design and implementation of a global P&O communications strategy in line with the culture narrative and communications principles
  • Leading the P&O communications community enterprise wide and introducing external perspectives, innovation and trends
  • Designing a P&O to P&O channel and associate engagement strategy
  • Supporting the development of ECN and BOD initiative updates
  • Assisting the implementation of enterprise wide crowdsourcing programs outputs
  • Collaborating with the Head of Employer Value Proposition in the strategic planning of the employer branding including coordinating the communication materials and monitoring the online reputation
