We are currently looking for an Empower3 Support Specialist in Kaiseraugst (Switzerland) to join our team on client’s side. A great opportunity to work in the Pharma industry with exposure to new technologies, in an international environment.Our client is creating/deploying and supporting lab specific software packages being used in Quality Control / Product development and Research labs globally. For one of these software packages (Waters Empower) a software upgrade project is starting currently. For the duration of the project a 3rd level support is needed to ensure that daily operation in business is not impacted by the upgrade activities. Empower3 is a Chromatographic Data System (CDS), which is used globally and is validated to meet health authority regulations (cGxP). The contractor shall provide 3rd level support for daily operations as long as the upgrade project is ongoing.
Major Accountabilities:
• 3rd level support for EMPOWER3 system
• Roll-out coordination
• Site implementation support
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in a similar position, working in regulated environments
• Analytical laboratory education background and basic knowledge about chromatography as analysis technique
• Advanced skills for IT systems in lab environments
• Experience with Waters EMPOWER software
• CSV background and experience in working with Quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German
• French knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
