PMO for Digital Advisory Services vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Work experience as a PMO in the financial industry
- Skillset including a management adequate level of presentations and documents
- Strength in communication with management
- Expertise in project financial KPI's
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken, other languages are a plus
Your tasks:
- Assisting with conceptual work along with providing presentations and documents
- Overviewing and tracking of the milestones, working packages as well as the deliverables
- Planning of meetings, telephone and video conferences
- Contributing and helping with the coordination of stakeholders, training, communication, planning of numerous boards, quality assurance and coordination with other projects
