- Monitoring and tracking of the deliverables, milestones and working packages
- Coordination of meetings, telephone and video conferences, meeting minutes
- Coordination of stakeholders

Main qualifications
- Experienced PMO in the financial industry / banking
- Very good communication skills, familiar in communication with management
- Ability to provide a management adequate level of presentations, documents
- Solid knowledge about project financial KPI’s
- Well structured and proactive mindset
- Team player
- Fluent German and English
