Technical Project Lead (Software Architecture)

One of our clients, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Technical Project Lead for a 6-month contract based in Switzerland.
Your tasks & responsibilities
Lead concept work streams and action teams to define technical concepts in agreement with your stakeholders:
- Ensure decision making on interface problems or technical clarification
- Identify and assess technical realization of risks
- Drive the assessment of different concepts in various dimensions (requirements, risk, serviceability, COGP, development costs, reliability)
- Define the interface specifications according to your team's specific fields of responsibility
Enable project delivery:
- Support the Lead System Engineer and project leader during planning and provide corresponding effort estimation and delivery timeline
- Monitor and communicate the status of your team's output on a regular basis in agreement with the project leader
- Provide the necessary technical architecture documents
What you must have
- Master degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or similar
- 5+ years of experience in the field of Product Development
- 2+ years of experience in technical Project Leadership in the field of Software Development and Architecture
- Proficient in scalable distributed Software Architecture
- Proven experience in Integrating Software Systems
- MS Office skills, Gmail and SharePoint
- Proficient in using Modelling Tools like Sparx EA
- Proficient in UML or SysML
- Developer experience in one of following programming languages: C³, C++, C, Java or similar
- Proficient in persistent data stores (relational, non-relational Dbs)
- Good communication and soft skills
- Ability to cooperate and network with people across functions
What is nice to have
- Experience in the diagnostics industry or Medical Lab Automation
- German language is an advantage
