On behalf of our client, a private bank in Zürich, we are looking for a PMO with proven experience as a Program Management Officer in Wealth Management Program within Business Transformation. Are you a passionate PMO who is looking for a new and exciting challenge?

Main responsibilities:
- Supports the stream lead in the execution of his/her management tasks
- Ensuring all deliverables are in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements
- Prepare and deliver presentations to various committees
- Coordinates and manages the overall financial controlling of the stream
- Support the program risk management
- Proactively resolves issues and ensure appropriate corrective actions
- Organises and defines planning and roadmaps
- Supports vendor and supplier management
- Stakeholder communication and management
The skills and experience needed for these positions are:
- Minimum in 5 years as senior program PMO
- Strong Project and Program Management Skills
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Experience in Wealth Management Banking
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to easily engage with people across all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
