Fund Portfolio Assistant (Spanish/English) - 80%
Are you a Spanish speaking Fund Portfolio Assistant with over 3 years experience in supporting and coordinating in a multinational and multicultural environment and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity within a non-governmental organisation (NGO)?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Fund Portfolio Assistant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role:
Working under the supervision of a Senior/Fund Portfolio Manager (FPM), the Fund Portfolio Assistant (FPA) will collaborate with Country Team members, other internal & external stakeholders to support the effective and efficient delivery of the end to end project management processes for the Country Teams.
S/he will provide operational support to Country Team members by preparing and monitoring workplans and reports, by screening, extracting, compiling and transforming data and information with respect to key processes of the full grant life cycle.
S/he will be the focal point for the master data management process
S/he will also collaborate and coordinate with various internal stakeholders to identify and adapt solutions to issues related to business process delivery, data management, solution functioning.
To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:
- Educated to Bachelor's Degree level or equivalent in relevant field (Business Administration, Communications, etc.)
- More than 3 years' work experience at a similar level in a culturally diverse organization.
- Experience working in a grant management support role.
- Systems experience particularly relating to the monitoring of grants.
- Secretarial/administrative experience, preferably in an international and multicultural environment.
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English, preferably good working knowledge of French
