Main tasks:
- Support the stream lead in the execution of his/her management tasks, ensuring all deliverables are in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements
- Prepare and deliver presentations to various committees
- Coordinate and manages the overall financial controlling of the stream
- Support the program risk management
- Proactively resolves issues and ensure appropriate corrective actions
- Organise and defines planning and roadmaps
- Support vendor and supplier management
Main qualifications
- Strong Project and Program Management skills
- Experience in PMO (profound as senior program PMO)
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Experience in Wealth Management Banking
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English and German
