File Transfer Support Operator vacancy requiring profound TLS and SSH knowledge for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Several years of experience as a file transfer supporter using AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP protocols
- Profound background in identity management platform as well as access management
- Proficiency in security as well as in TLS and SSH
- Costumer oriented way of working is essential for business efficiency
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, French is of advantage
Your tasks:
- Supporting the file transfer application users in their daily business
- Controlling and leading sub tasks in several projects
- Aiding support customers on Onboarding processes and support cases
- Delivering mission critical solutions through close collaboration with engineers and various lines of businesses
