For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Business Manager - External Resource Management
In this role, you will support and drive project / process related tasks, supervise & manage the verification of onboarding/lifecycle processes primarily for consultants and outsourced resources in Switzerland.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong Administration background ideally in Workforce Lifecycle Mgmt with profound analytical skills
- Sound planning and organizational as well as conceptual skills including Project & Process Management knowledge
- Good MS office knowhow (Excel VLOOKUP)
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Positive, proactive attitude and independent work approach as well as reliable and committed
- Previous work experience in External Workforce Management would be beneficial
- Fluent in German and English
Your Responsibilities:
- Increase Overall Contingent Workforce Program Governance
- Develop a strong understanding of local onboarding process (including any specific local legal/compliance requirement)
- Support for Professional Service Onboarding activities for Switzerland
- Interface with internal business partners/Regional COO’s and vendors
- Ensure robust data quality during and after rollout/migration
- Support Change Management activities
- Conduct weekly Data Quality analysis
